The image is blurry or pixelated

This is a bandwidth problem, not a hardware one.

1. Lower the stream quality in A-Menu → Streaming, or raise the bitrate if your connection can take it.
2. Check your speed against our servers with the Speedtest
3. Close background applications that use the network
4. Try another browser if the problem persists.

Low FPS or bitrate can also look blurry, choppy or delayed rather than pixelated.
