Do I need my own game store account?

Yes. Whatever game you launch on Aristeem Play, you need your own account on the store the game belongs to — Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net or another. To play Counter-Strike 2, for example, you sign in with your Steam account.

Your own libraries, saves and mods come with you.

If you don’t have an account yet, creating one takes a few minutes.
